Tenuta Principe Mazzacane is a farm located in the heart of Cilento Antico, a territory rich in history and traditions. It was born in the lands of Lustra and Omignano, once belonging to Giulio Cesare Mazzacane, elevated to the rank of Prince in 1649.
The company decided to bring back to light the ancient agricultural traditions of the place, focusing on pure Cilento goat breeding. This return to the origins has allowed us to recover a unique genetic heritage and produce cheeses with an authentic and unmistakable flavor.
Cacioricotta: The Undisputed Star
The flagship product of Tenuta Principe Mazzacane is undoubtedly cacioricotta , a fresh and delicate cheese, obtained from the processing of goat's milk. It is produced in different ages, from the fresh version to the aged one, offering a range of tastes and consistencies able to satisfy every palate.
