Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC is a white wine of great elegance and finesse, which best expresses the characteristics of this international grape variety in a unique territorial context such as that of Alto Adige.

Main features:

    • Grapes: Chardonnay 100%

  • Territory: Alto Adige, a region characterized by a cool and breezy climate, and predominantly calcareous and porphyry soils.

  • Vinification: The vinification takes place in steel, with fermentation at a controlled temperature and often refinement on fine yeasts for several months.

  • Aroma: On the nose it presents a broad and elegant bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear), citrus fruits, white flowers and sometimes more complex nuances of vanilla and brioche, due to the refinement on the yeasts.

  • Taste: On the palate it is fresh, balanced and savory, with a good acidity that balances the structure. The same fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose are found, accompanied by a pleasant minerality.
