Characteristics:


    • Shape: Long and curly, they resemble a ribbon or braid, hence the name.

  • Material: Made exclusively with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, sourced from the Frentane hills, between Abruzzo and Molise.

  • Drawing: Bronze drawn, an artisanal process that gives the pasta a rough and porous surface, perfect for holding sauces.

  • Drying: Slowly dried at low temperatures, to best preserve the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of durum wheat.

  • Taste: Intense and strong flavour, typical of Gragnano pasta, with a slightly sweet aftertaste.

  • Cooking: Cooking time is approximately 13 minutes, but it is recommended to taste them during cooking to check the ideal consistency.
