- Material: Made exclusively with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, sourced from the Frentane hills, between Abruzzo and Molise.
- Drawing: Bronze drawn, an artisanal process that gives the pasta a rough and porous surface, perfect for holding sauces.
- Drying: Slowly dried at low temperatures, to best preserve the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of durum wheat.
- Taste: Intense and strong flavour, typical of Gragnano pasta, with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
